Project Summary
A multi-phase performance contract project for a large suburban public school district in central Montgomery County, just north-west of Philadelphia. The school district serves the borough of Norristown, East Norriton Township, and West Norriton Township municipalities. Initial project phases focused on occupant comfort, energy savings, and solutions for failing HVAC systems. Additional phases incorporated facility modernization issues, including a renovated and expanded cafeteria for the High School.
