National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA)

CM3 Building Solutions, Inc. operates in accordance with The John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act 2019 (NDAA) Section 889 and does not furnish the U.S. government, nor use internally, video and telecommunication equipment from certain Chinese companies and their subsidiaries.

As a fully licensed, insured, and bonded organization, we continually train our people in the latest technologies, materials, and safety standards.  We employ a Safety Specialist and maintain a Safety Leadership Team to ensure compliance with the strictest safety standards. And, we hold several safety certifications including the OSHA Public Sector Safety & Health Fundamentals for Construction and for General Industry and the National Safety Council Advanced Safety Certificate.

ISN RAVS 360 Approved

CM3 has achieved the RAVS 360 certification through the rigorous, third-party assessment conducted by ISNetworld. The process involved an in-depth interview with an ISN professional about our safety management systems and policies, as well as an evaluation of several front-line employees to confirm their knowledge and our company’s safety culture in practice. This recognition demonstrates that our commitment to safety is a living part of our daily operations, rather than just written policy, ensuring a safer work environment for all employees and demonstrating that we are a trusted partner who prioritizes safety compliance.
