CM3 Building Solutions now Licensed to Deliver Fire Alarm Services in Delaware
Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. November 7, 2022 – CM3 Building Solutions, Inc. has announced that it is now licensed to provide fire alarm services in the state of Delaware. The Class I license enables CM3 to provide installation, test, inspection, and monitoring services for commercial and residential fire alarms in the state.
The company is already licensed to provide fire alarm services in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania and has been providing these services for more than a year.

The Office of the State Fire Marshal licenses all companies and individuals who design, install, test, inspect, and maintain fire protection systems (fire alarm, sprinkler, suppression, etc.) and fire extinguishers in the State of Delaware. The requirements include testing on the current Delaware State Fire Prevention Regulations and NICET (National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies) certification. The NICET Fire Alarm Systems certification is a robust credential, based on interrelated elements of system design, installation, maintenance, and inspection. The Class I license includes all types of fire alarm signaling systems under Classes II, III, IV, and V. These classes include emergency voice/alarm communication systems, emergency and standby power systems, central station facilities and systems, and local/auxiliary/remove alarm systems.
