The Marketing Coordinator position is a key role with responsibilities for creation and delivery of corporate marketing materials; providing support and assistance in the ongoing development and implementation of a cohesive corporate brand and message; providing administrative support for the marketing department including scheduling, logistics and client customer service.

This position operates in a professional office environment. The person in this role would routinely use standard office equipment including but not limited to computers, phones, copiers/fax machines, filing cabinets.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation. This job also requires the use of machines and hand tools necessary for trade show display assembly and take down. This position requires occasional lifting such as boxes, bulk promotional items. Trade show set up/display equipment and supplies. This position requires regular sitting at an office desk with occasional walking, stooping, kneeling, carrying, lifting, pushing and raising hands over head to stock supplies, set up equipment, etc as necessary.
This is a full-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
This position requires 10% – 20% regional travel with trade show participation and/or community events and meetings.
Individual means of transportation required.
